Elena Tyson

Elena’s wealth of knowledge stems from 20+ years of experience in Bay Area real estate, where she has lived and worked. She comes from a background filled with real estate professionals, including her well-known, respected and very successful father, Mercer Tyson. As a child, Elena grew up helping dad - baking cookies and making flyers for his open homes; and eventually working in real estate offices while in high school.

 

Elena attended college in Santa Barbara. Returning to the Bay Area, she worked in Title and Escrow, providing her substantial understanding of the escrow and loan processes. She began her successful real estate sales career in 2003 working with her father, honing her negotiation and communication skills. She is well known for her patience, empathy and ability to overcome objections, leading to successful negotiations, and facilitating transactions that might otherwise not have occurred. These skills help ensure a smooth and efficient real estate transaction through completion, all the while providing maximum possible protection for her clients and furtherance of their interests.
